We will provide bottled water & ice for you and your guests. You provide your favorite drinks, and food.

• NO GLASS BOTTLES OF ANY KIND. 

Glass bottles to serve out of are okay (example: Wine and Liquor bottle are allowed. Beer bottles on the other hand are not allowed)

• There is no cooking allowed while on-board. All food must be ready to eat.

• ALCOHOL: All guest must be over the legal drinking age (21) if consuming alcohol. Any underage drinking will void your contracted time and the captain will return to dock immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS

• Bluetooth Sound-system: Stream your favorite music on board.

• Lily pad (Water Mat) and Swim-noodles are provided

• Extra fold-out tables are available

• Restroom on board

• All rentals require a deposit in order to block your date/time on the calendar from other bookings.

  • $375 Luau / $400 Kon Tiki

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled charter are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure.

  • We cruise rain or shine! Charters are only canceled for dangerous weather conditions as determined by the captain. Rain alone is not considered a valid reason for cancellation or refund.

• Pickup will be at the 360 bridge boat ramp park 5019 North Capital of Texas highway 78746. Please arrive 10 minutes before pickup to get your group together. There is a $5 park entrance fee per person (cash-only).

• We are able to pick up at private residences, please contact to request.

• SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK - there is no lifeguard on-board

• Swimming is allowed when the boat is stopped and the motor is turned off. The captain will give the all clear.

• Children under the age of 13 are required to wear a PFD (personal flotation device) if swimming (unless being supervised and approved with the captain by a parent. We have several child sized life jackets available, or you may bring your own.
